For my husband (age33) his dengue NS1 test report is positive and his platelet count is 34000. Does he need to be admitted in hospital or can manage by diet and rest?

His platelets and PCV should be checked daily.If any further drop in platelets count and PCV needs hospital admission Patient's should be well hydrated,BP to be checked every 2-3 hours,any signs of bleeding from any sites of body even ,bruises rashes should be regularly checked.
