According to your report u have recent dengue infection
low platelets can be seen in other conditions also like in chronic liver disease
In UK even patients with low platelets of 20000 /cumm3 are discharged and adviced for rest at home and watch for dengue warning signs namely
1. headache
2. reddish rash on body
3. reduced urine output
4. upper abdominal pain
5. bleeding from nose
6. bleeding from gums during brushing know morning
7. light-headedness
so, u need to be aware of these signs and take bed rest for 1 week
day of fever is important in dengue
day 5 to day 7 of fever may have critical sign of dengue
patients symptoms must be monitored in dengue
people from UTTARAKHAND may or may not have low platelets
patients should watch for warning signs of dengue

IGM positive means patient is likely infected in recent weeks.. repeat test after 7 days.
.but NS1 antigen test is negative,so it is less likely to have infection...
