Dengue positive
My nephew suffering from dengue his platelets count drops 56 thousands No fever this is 4 th Or 5 th day but he looks like weak no fever. IgG negative IgM negative Ns1Ag positive. We admit him in hospital but his veins are not found lots of try doctor try on his legs both hands but his veins are not found. He is active now urine is normal talking what we do please suggest we are in very trouble please suggest

Give adequate hydration by ors with folic acid VitB12   give tab platenza  Citrus fruit & papaya leaf juice & papaya pulp

As he is active and vitals are normal, no need to worry just. Platelet count usually corrects itself. Repeat platelet count and CBC daily. Give adequate fluids. Measure urine (ask the pediatrician to help and also how much is normal every 4 hours). Monitor other vitals.

we are sureit is Dangue. Give green vegetable citrus frits, beet root juice, Folic acid with iron , eating more of fatty fish, greens, vegetables, avoid vit E . eat mmore of blackeye peas pappaya leaf tablet is avaible . . Please find at chemist shop. all food rich in iron, folic acid, vitaminC,D,, K,.
Next Steps
keep repeating Platletcount, every 3days. You may have to do bone marrow if it does not increase

Please share age and other details. It is a dengue fever with low platelets count. Maintain Adequate hydration by giving oral fluids like ORS sips frequently.
