Hi., I can understand your concern.
You need to get started with antibiotics and supportive medication.
Plan for CBC test, regarding platelets.
Take paracip 650, 3 times a day after food for 5 days.
Drink ors liquid one litre per day in divided doses.

There is no specific medication to treat dengue virus.
Only symptomatic treatment is required.
Drink plenty of oral fluids atleast 5 liters a day.
For fever with body pain take dolo650mg every 6 hours and ibuprofen 400mg twice a day.
Better to check your platelet count .
Watch out for signs of bleeding and shock in that case refer to a nearby hospital.
