Dengue Igm positive ,Ns1& Igg is -ve
My uncle is suffering from fever(102c) ,body pain and cough...He has tested dengue, igm is +ve and igg,Ns1 is -ve. Platelet count is 1.72lac and WBC is 13.6...Does it mean he has infected with Dengue??plz reply and suggest any medication..

Dengue NS1 antigen is positive till 4-5 days then it gets negative n igm gets positive.
It means he has been ill from last 5 days atleast.

1. NS1 Antibody if positive with card , then shld confirm by ELISA method.
2.Typhoid titres are not adequate , so not Typhoid fever.
