Dengue fever

Asked for Female, 25 Years

The fever is there from last Friday and plateletes today was 54k. Today suddenly rashes appeared on her both hands with red spot and it's itchy in nature. She also has vomited immediately after she had pomegranate juice. not feeling to eat anything at all. Is it something to worry , will it lead to more palatelet reduction or should be fine.
