  4. Dengue fever. I take my gym supplements?

Can i start workout? My platelets has started increasing. But only 8000 platelets are increased from previous checkup! At time of dengue i had 142000 now it is 150000. Can i start my acl rehab again cause dengue fever made me to stop it! And can i take my gym supplements?
