  4. Dengue as well as typhoid. Hospitalized?

Dengue as well as typhoid
I'm suffering from dengue and typhoid simultaneously.. My platelet count is 1.9 lakh.. With antigen NS1 positive and positive widal test.. What should be done.. Is there any necessity of getting hospitalized ???
