Delivery at 36w3d pre-term?
At 36 weeks I have grade 3 placenta (reported from 34 weeks) + amniotic fluid level at 9.0 + single loop of cord around neck hence delivery is planned 36w3d. Doppler paramaters were ok at 36weeks though but AFI came down from 11.3cm at 34 weeks to 9cm at 36 weeks. Is it advisable to go ahead with early delivery or can be waited more? Taken steroid doses for lung maturation already. Will the baby be premature?
