Delayed periods
My period is delayed for 5 days. I had this problem a couple of years back and doctor had prescribed Janosia Ashoka thrice daily 20 drops in water and calceria iodata 200 alternate days 2 drops. Then periods became regular. But again now the same problem has arisen. Please suggest.

Just delay of period for only  5 days is not something  to worry about. Some times it gets delayed due to some stress etc. You can consult  Homeopathy.  It is completely  curable

Hi.. Periods getting delayed by 5 days is not an issue,it can get delayed due to slight anemia, stress, changes in exercise diet etc..periods can be in 28 - 32 days interval.. Still if you are cautious about it you can take an opinion after a detailed consultation. Regards Dr Hani .

Hello, a few days delay is usually not a issue. It can be more physiological like poor appetite, after a travel or after starting out a exercise. For these conditions you don't need any medicine even Homoeopathy. Wait for one more week & if you are married take a urine test for pregnancy. Don't take any medicine without a Doctor's advice. It's better to wait for one more week & then consult a doctor. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

Ashoka does help to regularise periods. You still need to find out the cause if it happens repeatedly... Sometimes due to stress, weight gain or any other changes periods can get delayed.
