I am usually a physically active person as in i work out in gym.. But in this jan 2025 i did not work out due to office workload, and i am 81.2 kgs.. I missed my periods in jan. i usually get my periods on time.
I also had proper cramps and all symptoms when in jan my dates were near.. but then it did not happen. I read articles here and bought janosia ashoka homeopathy mother tincture having it in half cup of warm water 15 drops twice a day from jan 31st. I had a case of pcod when i was in grads. I had treatment and then it is being normal.
Can anyone please suggest if It is going to be helpful and if there is any suggestion should i use another homeo medicine?

It's important to take caution when using any form of treatment, especially without a professional consultation. You mentioned that you have a history of PCOD (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), and that could potentially be a factor in your missed period, although stress, changes in routine (like missing workouts), and other lifestyle factors can also contribute.
Next Steps
To determine the right remedy, itâs best to consult with a homeopathic professional or a healthcare provider who understands your medical history.
Health Tips
If you have concerns about missed periods, it would also be worthwhile to rule out other possible causes, like thyroid issues, hormonal imbalances, or other health conditions.

Hello!
I understand your concern regarding your missed period in January despite experiencing premenstrual symptoms. Since your cycles have been regular and you have a past history of PCOD, there are a few possible reasons why your period might have been delayed:
Hormonal Imbalance Due to Stress or Lifestyle Changes â A sudden decrease in physical activity (due to workload) can impact metabolism and hormonal regulation, delaying periods.
PCOD Tendency Recurrence â Even if your PCOD was treated earlier, stress or lifestyle shifts might trigger mild hormonal fluctuations again.
Nutritional Deficiency or Sudden Weight Fluctuation â Minor changes in diet and activity can affect the menstrual cycle.
Other Hormonal Factors â Conditions like thyroid imbalance or progesterone deficiency may also cause irregularities.
Janosia Ashoka is a well-known homeopathic mother tincture for menstrual irregularities, but self-medication without complete evaluation is not advisable. While it may help in some cases, it is important to address the underlying hormonal balance for sustained and long-term regularity.
Since PCOD tendency can recur, and periods should not be irregular frequently, I strongly recommend a detailed consultation to assess your case properly and prescribe a personalized homeopathic treatment plan for long-term cycle regularity.
Please book an appointment so we can guide you towards a natural and effective recovery without hormonal pills or side effects.
Wishing you good health and balance!
Regards

"I understand your concern, and I appreciate you taking proactive steps for your health. Since you usually have regular periods and experienced all the symptoms but no actual flow, there could be several contributing factors, such as stress, hormonal fluctuations, or changes in physical activity. Since you had PCOD in the past, it’s also important to consider if there is a temporary hormonal imbalance.
**About Janosia Ashoka:**
Janosia Ashoka is a good choice as it is known to support uterine health, regulate menstrual cycles, and relieve cramps. However, since your period has been delayed, we may need to assess whether an additional or alternative remedy is required.
.
If your period does not return within a week or two, or if this happens repeatedly, it’s best to consult a homeopath for a detailed evaluation.
Next Steps
I’m here to guide you through this, so feel free to share any updates

Helpful Lifestyle Tips:**
- Try to resume moderate exercise, like walking or stretching, to restore balance.
- Ensure adequate hydration and a diet rich in iron, magnesium, and vitamins.
- Manage stress through relaxation techniques like deep breathing.
- Avoid excessive caffeine or processed foods, as they may interfere with hormonal balance
Delayed periods can result from stress, weight fluctuations, and hormonal changes. Since you have a history of PCOD, even if controlled, these factors can still impact your cycle. Missing a period despite symptoms suggests an underlying imbalance that needs evaluation.
Next Steps
1. Ultrasound Scan – To rule out ovarian cysts or hormonal disturbances.
2. Track Symptoms – Observe any mood changes, bloating, or unusual weight gain.
3. Lifestyle Balance – Resume physical activity and maintain a balanced diet.
