Delayed periods
Hi doc, I'm a student . I had my last period on 9th June. It's already almost about 1 month... But I see symptoms of getting periods on time this time... And this is not the first time that I'm getting my periods late .. it always happens like this. I get my periods correctly only when I do physical exercise. If I do exercise, I will get my periods after 1 month 5 or 10days...(1month 10days max) ... But if I don't... I don't get it on time...it'll be dragged till 2 to 2n half months.. many times it went till 3months too. No thyroid issues as we tested earlier. I accept I take stress , but I can't avoid it. Tell me what to do. Also... Pms also lasts for 1-2 weeks... Last tym I calculated it was 12 days. I guess, that long pms is also not good. So please tell me something.
