Since 7-8month I was getting periods on time, however in March I started yoga and my period got delayed in April and even in May they are delayed. Wanted to know if Starting an exercise in this case yoga affect menstrual cycle?
Kindly note early last year I got myself checked, got the ultrasound that time I was not having PCOD
Should I get it check again or wait for couple of more months and it's new routine that's affecting?
