Delayed period by 4 days
I haven't received my periods for 5 days yet and I don't have any symptoms of pcos and haven't been in any physical relationship. I have tried taking ginger and turmeric to stimulate the menstrual cycle but still haven't...what should I do?

Periods can be delayed sometimes due to lifestyle changes and stress factors. Taking ginger and turmeric will not stimulate your periods,it all depends on the day of ovulation. Consult gynaecologist for further evaluation
