Delayed menstruation
Delayed menstruation by at least a week. Report says-Fatty infiltration of liver grade I. Small uterine fibroid. Both ovaries are bulky and shows multiple peripherally placed tiny follicles with echogenic stroma - could represent polycystic morphology and needs clinical and pathological correlation. No other significant abnormality detected on present study. Causes and what could be a possible treatment?

It's PCOD in the scan needs to.see other details as well. Fatty liver grade 1 is not a problem
