Delayed conception or thyroid
It's my 2 nd pregnancy.nw i hv thyroid TSH 7.86.Currently my lmp was 27 oct. My pregnancy test came negative on 5 dec and on 15th december it's tested positive report on 16 December show gestation age 5 weeks. Is it case delayed conception or it's due to thyroid??In my last pregnancy I had no thyroid.My medical history- i had missed misscarriage at 11 week on 13 sept 2022.. No pcod and thyroid. I can't understand I was not having thyroid in previous pregnancy y baby stop growing?

It is not a question of delayed conception. It depends on what is the gap between the two periods. If the gap between the two periods is 45 days then you will get exactly the same situation as you are having.

Thyroid cam get deranged at any point of time in Life U need an ultrasound to ascertain weeks of pregnancy Only then it can be decided if it is delayed conception of not Thyroid levels need to treated
