Dehydration
Can taking very less water over few months cause constipation and other abdominal issues? I was taking very less water and having constipation problem. Also pain in right abdomen, frequent gastirc issues and anal fissure as well. And also muscle weakness, spasms and jerks.

And yes of course dehydration gastritis and renal stones may come. So better not to dehydrate by drinking at least 4l of water per day.

Drink plenty of fluids coconut water, butter milk, lemon water etc.. Take nutritious and high fibre diet... including green leafy vegetables, salad,sprouts, fruits etc... Avoid food rich in oils / spices,maida etc.
