Degenerative disc
I have been diagnosed 6years ago with degenerative disc disease...with exercise my condition was improved with proper care... I was recommended not to bend forward lift weights and also not sit on floor... I was trying not to do so ... sometimes I used to do ans get little pain ... suddenly few days back I sat down and when I stand up..it was highly painful ...after that day I was on rest for next 4-5days ..then again stated exercise ...but still after 15 days I'm not able to sit ...I can walk and stand but cnt sit too long...what shall I do

I think you should get one MRI of Lumbosacral spine. This problem may occur due to some nerve root compression at lumbar level.
Next Steps
Take complete bed rest for now. Start hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet,  calcium and vitamin d supplement. Use Lumbosacral belt for support.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid forward bending,  avoid stair climbing and descending..
