I just got myself tested and it came out that i have deficiency of Vitamin D 25 OH. It is 22.90.
Due to this i am having extreme lower back pain. What should I do?

This doesn’t look like a reason behind your back pain,
If u r having only back pain and sometimes it is sever in nature, than it could be discogenic or facetogenic.
