Last yr i was deficient in ferritin. I got ferritin in normal range this yr. But how does doc. Know that i'm not vitamin b12 deficient without testing. Could vitamin b12 deficiency be possible if i had low iron?

Because if ferritin is low then it is iron defeciency. For Vit. B 12 defeciency the CBC will be comparatively different from iron defeciency.
However if you want you can get your Vit. B12 levels checked
