Deepened Eyes and Myopia
Hi, I have myopia and been wearing Power glasses  more than 22+ yrs in my 29yrs of life.. With very high Prescription with spherical power of -9 on both eyes and Cylindrical power of 0.75 and 1.25 respectively. Axis 180 on both eyes. I don't feel much confident about my looks because of the thick glasses I'm wearing (Tried High Index glasses, it's still thick only). So I decided to try contact lenses after consulting ophthalmologist. Ordered the same. Now my worry is, without glasses my eyes looks so so deep inside the socket. Which again spoils my looks. Is it common condition on myopia with high prescription long term wearing of glasses? Is there anyway to bring my eyes little bit outside? Exercises, Diet, nutrients, etc Not wearing specs and wearing contact lens will help to improve?

Hello, It's going to take some time ( a few months atleast) for the sunken looking eyes to look normal. You can use contact lenses everyday in the meantime ( with proper hygiene). Normal balanced diet , and proper eye care while inserting and removing the contacts.
Next Steps
You can also apply moisturizer for your eyes. Nothing else is required. .. slowly it will get to normal.
