Deep cut wound
Hello, while I was working in kitchen, I was trying to clean something underneath a table. There's a sharp edge under that table and while sweeping I pulled the broom too hard that made a deep cut on my left index finger. Initially after the wound stopped bleeding I kept it dressed and applied "Kailas Jeevan" to heal. As of now, I can see the flesh under the skin is growing and I can see pinkish skin inside the cut.
I looked it up on Google, which said "Hypertrophic scar". I'm not sure what to do. Please guide.

Applying betadine ointment is also help ful
It regresses quickly as healing has already began

This doesn't really need treatment all the time, it's benign and usually regresses on its own however I'm not able to visualise it properly. A better picture would be better. I see your healing process only
