I have a very small cut or wound..near the rectum...sometimes blood comes out of it...ndd sometimes pus..my underwear get wet everyday..sometimes comes out of pants...what should i do?

hello, this isn't cut what you're talking about this might be fissure which is leading to Frank blood bleed. for help kindly consult a general surgeonfor your assistance. thank you
