Deep wound that might expose the tendon
My accident happened on the 5th where I skid on the road that caused a deep wound on the insides of my right forearm. This exposed my flesh and the wound is deep at the wrist the area. I have been getting my dressing changed once in every 3 days. Today the orthopedic said that if the the skin doesnt come properly, he might have to do skin grafting surgery removing some skin from my thigh and planting it on my wrist. During dressing they clean my wound and put silver ex ointment. Today they also put peroxide. My hand pains and I'm a bit scared of the doctors suggestion. Can I get get a second opinion on it?
