I have been gone thru cross bite and death p bite correction for 2.5yrs but the treatment is not successfully for good facial look. Teeth is not visible while smiling, mouth is suppressed upper teeth are bend inside hence lower. I good good shape around mouth in the middle of treatment but due to gap between between the teeth doctor suggested to replace the braces from that time mouth area become superseded. You need to undergo a repeat orthodontic therapy for successful completion of the treatment. You can opt for clear aligners which give predictable results with warranty certificates and have the major advantage that they are inconspicuous as well as removable. Because the bone density increases with age the duration of the treatment might be slightly longer but satisfactory results can always be achieved. Regards
