Decrease in number of platelets
I am suffering from blocked nose from one side and dry tongue and regular fatigue. I HV tiny red spots on my chest and back . I HV checked for platelets in Jan which is 1.5 lakh . In Feb it is 1.38 lakh . In March it is 1.33 lakh. Please suggest me what to do

Platelet looks fine.
But need more evaluation about spots n fatigue as well as blockage of nose.
