Dear sir / mam I have open inguinal hernia scrotal surgery I have tested rut positive duodenal erosion, lax , lest chest pain tightness twitches.pft test small airway obstruction later hrct chest done that report I've attached it's normal can these cause any complications during surgery I fear utmost???

If you have any breathing problem then your PFT problem should be treated, otherwise it will give stress over your surgical site & may cause recurrence of hernia. On the other hand, RUT positive duodenal ulcer should also be treated separately.
