Dear doctor
Dear Doctor,
I am 24 years old and have been experiencing vaginal itching for the past 1 year
. The itching is persistent and sometimes severe.
I have taken Fluconazole tablets and used antifungal creams, but there has been no relief.
There is no discharge and no bad smell. The itching is mainly external around the vaginal area.
Please guide me on the possible cause and what treatment I should follow

Itching is because of fungal infection
The reason for recurrence of itching is the fungus is resistant to fluonazole
