A whitish line running in d middle of cheek is called linea Alba, which is a normal finding. But for hyperpigmented gums u can consult a good aesthetic dentist who will give various treatment options after clinical examination

U just have to consult the dentist because without clinical examination it is difficult to judge which disease it is. So better to refer any dentist

It may be just linea alba- a normal finding. Consult a dentist for a regular dental check up and they will guide you if any further treatment is required
