Dear first change place and I should teach to him that due to alcohol what have changed in his brain chemical.... Consult a homoeopathic doctor and a psychologist the combination of both will boost his health....... This is the first step if you do not works then also we can admit him for improvement..... When we are in addiction then we become irritable anger and cannot pay attention towards our work....

Remember addiction is a disease and can only be treated with total and all abstinence. Still you can try with the following
1. Local psychiatrist and detox in home or hospital.
2. House arrest for 60 to 90 days
3. Counselling for family and patient.
