Yes you can do that, though it says minimum 5mg, some do well even with half of it.

The minimum effective dose of Lemborexant is 5mg per day. There is no evidence that it works below this dose. Still you can try breaking it in to half and try, if it works then good, else continue taking 1 full tablet a day.
