There are no specific medications in ayurveda to stop day time sleepiness!
Although if you have a deep and mindful sleep at night you won't be feeling sleepy all day!
So focus on night sleep than avoiding day sleep!
Start taking
- ashwagandha capsules at night
-you can go for meditation before sleep,along with
-have an early dinner by 7pm
-get busy with work all day

The reason for daytime sleepiness has to be assessed..whether due to any other medications or any underlying conditions..and treatment has to be taken for that...

Only 1/3 part of ur stomach to be filled by solid food 1/3 part for liquids n 1/3 cavity to operated freely for metabolism.
Stop sticky n heavy food....
Stop or reduce Buffalo milk n it's products....
U can enjoy power nap after 60 in summer prior this age empty stomach welcome
