Daughter's height
My daughter is 14 years old. Her height is bit short. Our family doctor told us that her height won't increase as she started having periods. Please advise if it is true or is there any medication to address this height issue. Thanks

hey, Most girls start their sexual development between the ages of 8 and 13 (the average age is 12), and have a growth spurt between the ages of 10 and 14. Menstruation begins, almost always after the peak growth rate in height (average age is 12.5 years). so even after doing stretching exercises, swimming , skipping she may gain few inches
