Daughter having high fever since yester
My 3.5 yr old daughter is having high fever 101 comes and goes in the evening and late night. After three days now she is getting rashes on her chest stomach and back of the body. we are giving her paracetamol syrup whenever temp rises.please suggest

Fever with rashes need examination to decide on differential diagnosis, may even need limited blood tests to narrow down diagnosis
