  4. Daughter has high fever. Under control?

Daughter has high fever
My daughter is suffering from temperature of 104 we have been administered medicine called as meftal p. Dose of mannitol was given 6 hours ago. Can we give meftal again ? Or shall we wait till morning ? What is the best way to keep temp under control ?

You can use paracetamol and mental alternately every four hrs .
