I HAVE VERY DARK UNDERARMS AND HANDS NATURALLY IM VERY FAIR BUT DUE TO TAN ITS COMPLETELY BLACK COULD ANYTHING BE DONE? CAN IT BE CURED ? WHAT ARE THE TREATMENTS AVAILABLE.
