I observed these black spots on tongue, as well as i have a brownish pigmentation on buccal mucosa(which after clinical examination, termed out to be physiological pigmentation).
I want to know can this be any fungal infection?
I don't smoke, eat tobacco or drink.
Please help me.
Note:
Buccal mucosal pigmentation was too dark, then after application of kenacort oral for 2 weeks it has reduced a lot. Attached a weekly comparison image for diagnosis. Please help me to figure out what to do next and why this be happening.
Please help me. Thank you.
