Dark spots in leg and arm

Asked for Male, 31 Years

I recently observed some dark spots in my leg which look like a mole but bigger in size comparing to a normal mole. They have a wrinkle like skin on top, no itch or pain noticed so far. There are few other black spots I noticed which looks like in beginning stage of these already existing . I have observed these for couple of years now and it is concerning me now as I started paying attention to them. I have attached the pics for reference , kindly let know what these are
