Dark patches on tongue

Asked for Female, 55 Years

I have four small dark patches on my tongue, two in the anterior two third and two in posterior one third. There is one white patch as well that looks like candidiasis. I would like to consult a good oral medicine doctor in Bangalore preferably near Marathahalli.
