Dark circles
I have dark circles due to hyperpigmentation around the eyes, that's why they look like panda eyes as the blackness is both around the upper and the lower eyelids. The skin is wrinkled also. And also there is hollowness in the tear trough area. I have previously seeked treatment consisting of peels and numerous creams which just worsened the condition rather than improving. Suggest me a way to first of all reduce the pigmentation around eyes, secondly, a better and long running way to fill under eye area other than a filler.

U have a lot of mid face drooping which has exaggerated your orbital show , your tear troughs and even your laugh lines or Nasolabial folds . The best bet will be fillers to see dramatic results . Most other things won’t be of much help. It’s not the skin that’s pigmented . It’s the hollow creating a shadow and increased because of drooping face . Drooping face can be because of weight loss and increasing age.
