Dear Sir/madam What is the best vitamin tablet that I can take on daily basis. I have no problems with anyone of the--- Rudimin Tablet, Vitcofol Capsule,BECOSULES CAPSULE, Neurobion Forte, FOURTS B SYP which I have taken in the past with no reaction. So which one is the best that i can take daily. Thank you all
