I was asked for vitamin d test by my migraine doctor the results aur 29 nmol/L. Is this so much less which may lead to high health problems??

It's not very less as the range for normal values is from 30-100mg/ml. You can take vitamin D sachets 60000 IU once a week for about 8 weeks. Exposure to early morning sunlight will be helpful too.
