Cysts in Right ovary
Hi , I have got ovarian cysts which are fully covering the right ovary . Please see and let me know which kind of cyst is this , do I also have endometriosis? and does this requires , medication or surgery ? . Currently i am on Oral contraceptives. My excessive bleeding is under control after OC ....I don't have any pain in my cyst .. Please help ,I am really confused . Thanks in advance 🙏Only LDH is increased in the below tests .
CA 125 is 7.2
CEA is 0.98
LDH is 263 ( refrence range is 120 to 246)
Beta HCG is less than 0.1
AFP is 2.53
