Cysts in my left kidney
In 2014 i did full check up and we found out that my right kidney only is functioning so the doctor said that i had cysts in my left kidney...so iy doesnt function...he tlod me to do check up every year which i didnt do...i just want to know now should i go for checkup or not...but i actually look fine...so as my right kidney only is working the doctor says its biger than the left

Hello It seems that you are really neglecting 1.Cysts are uncommon for your age 2. You're having cysts in one kidney only that indicates it was an acquired cyst only and not from birth 3.You should get evaluated totally what was the reason for cyst s formation, if it comes to another kidney then it's a problem 4. you should periodically monitor the size of cyst every year. Good thing in your case is opposite kidney has reasonably increased in size

Nothing to worry much. Just eat healthy and keep blood pressure in perfect control. One kidney can take over the function of both kidneys. Eat a diet safe for kidneys
