Hello,
You are probably suffering from Polycystic ovarian syndrome. In this you will have tendency to obesity which you need to control it. The problem with the menses is also due to PCOS. Consult a homoeopathic physician for proper case evaluation and medicine. Homoeopathy has good results for PCOS.
