Cyst formation on lower lip

Asked for Male, 30 Years

After shaving , I got one small cyst on outside of lower lip.. initially I ignored it. It gradually got started swelling. After three months.. it is now noticable. Please suggest me what to do in that case.. if surgery is the only option then will it leave marks on lip.
