Cylindrical power of 2.5 & 3

My 2 y/o daughter is having cylindrical power of 3 & 2.5 in both eyes. Is it serious to have cylindrical eye power? Is is necessary to wear glasses since she is only 2. What possible measure can be taken for her?

It is better to wear the glasses.she is advised thorough check up.Normally, it is genitic.Food etc,does not play much role.As the growth occurs in the eye balls,the power will change.pl consult Ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment .
