I have recently gone for eye check up and found that I have cylindrical power -1 in left eye and 0.75 in right eye. I was suggested to wear spectacles. Should I wear it always or only during screen time? Is it astigmatiasm and Can it be cured?

You must upload the prescription. However,pl use,the glasses continuously, if you have power. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
