  4. Cut with cycle bell. Injection require?

My son is 7 years old. He is under treatment for Anaemia taking Dexorange and ultra D3 for vitamin D deficiency . Now he got a cut with iron made cycle bell. Bleeding is less. Here I am attaching the photo of cut. What needs to do? Any injection require?
