  4. Cut with cycle bell. Injection require?

Cut with cycle bell
My son is 7 years old. He is under treatment for Anaemia taking Dexorange and ultra D3 for vitamin D deficiency . Now he got a cut with iron made cycle bell. Bleeding is less. Here I am attaching the photo of cut and his vaccine card. Most probably 2 years before (14.12.21)he got TETRAXIM.  What needs to do? Any TETANUS injection require?

Wash the wound with soap water Apply T baat ointment 2 times a day for 3 to 5 days
